Each piece of jewelry in my shop is handmade to order, and cancellations, exchanges and returns are not accepted. Please carefully review your order before placing it, and if you need to make any modifications to your order please reach out within 24 hours of purchase. Production times vary, and estimated timelines are provided on individual product pages. These are estimates that may be impacted by holidays, sales, and other factors. If you need your order delivered by a specific date please contact me before placing your order to inquire if I can accommodate your timeline.
You are responsible for providing a correct shipping address.
I offer no cost repairs for items with manufacturing errors within 3 months of receipt. Repairs involving accidents and negligence do not apply to this policy, and items that are damaged or altered by a third party are also not covered under this policy. Beyond that time frame I offer reasonably priced repairs on my jewelry.
