This ring is inspired by the tale of Circe, the goddess of witchcraft, as told by Madeline Miller. A rainbow moonstone is held aloft by claw prongs in honor of Circe's wild lion companion, and behind the gemstone an eye touches your skin to ward off the evil eye. And finally, the band of the ring is wound and bound by twisted roots to represent the transformative power of her moly flowers.
Moonstone has always been a particularly enchanting stone to me. It can be a shy stone, revealing it's stunning blue color only when light passes through the crystal structure of the stone. This colorful play of light will draw your eye day after day.
